Is Picture by Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock on iTunes?

I’ve searched for both artists, can’t find it. I looked it up online, and it’s supposed to be on The Best of Sheryl Crow, and Cocky by Kid Rock. I look on iTunes, this is true. However, it’s not on the iTunes CD. I know it’s on there somewhere, I have the ringtone version for my iPhone. Can someone help me find the song on iTunes please?
